We provide ADSL central filter / splitter and telephone outlet installations in the metropolitan areas of Perth, Western Australia. We can diagnose and rectify issues causing slow broadband speeds and ADSL connection dropouts in your home or office.

We are Telstra and industry accredited, and have extensive experience in fault finding, and installation techniques. We are fully equipped with current industry standard electronic test equipment, and high-quality Telstra approved materials.

We also provide contracting services to Telstra, including maintenance on their ADSL broadband network, and also on Optus, iiNet, TPG, Primus, Powertel, and Amcom wholesale lines.

On completion of any work, you will be provided a tax invoice, incorporating a TCA1 form, detailing all works performed on the premises. We will test the incoming ADSL signal at the network boundary point to ensure the quality of the delivered service. If any faults are detected into the carrier’s network, we will provide a full diagnosis to enable you to follow up the issue with the service provider.

We will also clearly define the network boundary point to enable proper isolation testing to determine if any future faults are the carrier’s responsibility or the end user’s responsibility.

A six month guarantee on workmanship and materials is also provided.
