Westnet have appointed us (The Broadband Doctor) as an authorised contractor for the Perth metropolitan area. We are contacting you because Westnet has assigned a service assurance task to us, and we are required to visit your premises and conduct testing on your broadband service.

Testing is required before certain issues can be escalated with NBN.

You, or a representative on your behalf (over the age of 18 years) is required to be present to provide access to your premises in order to perform the assurance task.

We will need to access certain wall outlets, any NBN boxes and your modem to conduct our tests. Please ensure they are accessible during the visit.

There is no charge to you for this service.

Appointment Windows

We book appointments in 4 hour timeslots. We regret that we cannot provide fixed time appointments due to logistical constraints. You may select the option of being contacted 30 minutes prior to arrival though, so that you do not need to wait at the premises for 4 hours.

Most assurance visits take less than 30 minutes to complete.
